1. Slice fresh ginger roots into thin slices.
2. Boil water in a pan or pot and add the ginger slices.
3. Allow the ginger to simmer in the hot water for about 10-15 minutes to extract its ginger flavor and the benefits of ginger tea.
5. Stir the ingredients until the honey and citron marmalade are fully dissolved.
6. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
4. Once the water has infused with ginger, remove the pot from heat and add a spoonful of honey and a dollop of citron marmalade or fresh citron slices.
